Day 3 Reims to Lyon

Great start some of us had, Jan and Steve were kept awake by "youths" drinking, joking and smoking something wonderful outside their window last night. They finally went to bed as Jan was having a shower this morning...on the subject of showers..Mike and Helen had a shower straight from the wizard of oz (built for munchins!) While Mrs Nabbs had a "Indiana Jones fighting a vicious writhing snake" flooding the bathroom, hallway and floor.

Anyway, we left onetime 9'ish after being adopted by some UK bikers over breakfast, who want to show us their pictures from their journey.

Long motorway stint 300 miles+, punctuated by 25 or so Porsches from across the years. The only time I've seen French men smiling! A few waves and blipped there horns and other revved and accelerated past us..great site (circa £3m of cars on show)

Now arrived in Lyon with a short detour to a avoid traffic and a little driving on the right had side of the road from Tracy.

Now a few beers and a swim in what can only be called a beautiful hotel (ex monastery).

Post later
